This was a strange time for Jeff Beck in 1972, he was now in Beck, Bogert and Appice but they were often not listed as such on gig posters. The band played a few USA gigs with Argent in the summer of 1972. Argent had just released the wonderful ‘All Together Now’ album from which ‘Hold Your Head Up’ was a #5 single in both the UK and USA.
