This live album was released in 1986. Recorded at the Baked Potato in North Hollywood, California. The other musicians were keyboardist Terry Trotter, bassist Abraham Laboriel, drummer John Robinson, and percussionist Alex Acuña. He didn’t use his classic Gibson 335 on this, instead using a custom-made Valley Arts Strat solid-body guitar with active EMG pick-ups and you can really hear the difference. He has a distinctly different tone when compared to his earlier albums. Staggering guitar playing. What an artist.
